Accessibility Statement

This is a courtesy translation of the Hebrew statement, which is the authoritative version.

Our commitment

A revyou review page opens on the phone of a customer standing at a counter, often without much patience. We want it to work for as many people as possible, including anyone using a screen reader, enlarged text or a keyboard only.

We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, at the level of Israeli Standard 5568 — based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines — at level AA.

Nature of the service

revyou is a digital service operating online, with no walk-in reception, so physical accessibility arrangements (parking, building access and so on) do not apply to the service itself. Accessibility of the business premises where the tag is placed is that business's responsibility.

Accessibility accommodations on the site

• The Hebrew site is built right-to-left at the HTML level, so screen readers announce it in the correct order; this English version is served with the correct language and direction attributes as well.
• Every animation on the site stops automatically for anyone whose operating system is set to reduce motion. In that mode the interactive demo switches to manual navigation, with no timer and no self-typing text.
• Buttons and links are keyboard-accessible with visible focus, and every form field is linked to its label.
• The faces on the review page are drawn and accompanied by literal text, not relying on emoji or color alone to carry meaning.
• Form error messages are announced to screen readers.
• The site is mobile-friendly and supports text enlargement through browser settings without loss of content.

What is not complete yet

The site has not yet undergone a comprehensive accessibility audit by an external certified accessibility expert, so at this stage we do not declare full conformance with the standard. These are the parts we know still need work:

• Color contrast of some secondary text on dark backgrounds has not yet been measured systematically.
• The interactive demo has not been tested end to end with a screen reader.
• The internal admin interface, used by our team only, is not covered by this statement.

We are working to close these gaps, and this statement will be updated as they are. The statement is reviewed and updated at least once a year.
